-Hours of Operation: 7am to 3pm year round (shorter hours during the summer season usually). - Liquid soap and paper towels are available at the hand sink. -200ppm Quats sanitizer is available for use in a sanitizer bucket - Baked goods prepared in main kitchen + then brought out to kiosk - Fridge temperature is 4 Degrees C. - There's no food preparation occurring on-site, except for automated coffee/tea AS DISCUSSED, ENSURE THAT PREPACKAGED DRINKS THAT HAVE DAIRY IN THEM ARE STORED IN THE BACK OF THE COOLER AWAY FROM THE SUN'S HEAT.
