New Freon has been added to the walk-in cooler and prep cooler and they are now measured at 0C and 3C respectively. Exhaust hood has been serviced. Dishwasher remains to be operational with 100ppm bleach sanitizer at plate level. Nothing is stored in handsink, access available. General sanitation in the kitchen, bar area, walk-in cooler and back storage room has been improved. Deep clean was done well, please keep up the good work! No ants observed in the back today however owner informed that pest control service may be changed. Please retain service report for review next time.
