Follow-up inspection.

Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below.

Grill/chef base cooler: at 5.3 C - adjust temperature setting and ensure it is at 4 C within 1 hour.

Front station cooler:
Staff had overfilled inserts prior to the inspection. Only fill inserts enough so that a temperature of 4 C can still be maintained at all times.
Do not keep potentially hazardous foods at >4 C for more than 2 hours.
Ways to keep toppings cooler: placing lids on the inserts, using stainless steel inserts instead of plastic inserts, and only filling containers 1/3 or 1/2.
Failure to comply may lead to further enforcement action.

All coolers require accurate thermometers.

Sanitizer in spray bottle at 400 ppm. Dispenser not working at the time of inspection but staff still able to make the sanitizer solutions.
