Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Noted mildew on bowls meant to mix salad, and on the lids for the blenders, as well as food still on a mandoline that had been washed previously and put away.
2. Found inserts and bowls stacked and ready for use until completely wet.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must ensure all equipment is properly washed, sanitized and dried to remove all food debris and prevent mildew and potentially bacterial growth. Rewash all bowls, blender lids, and mandoline.
2. Dry inserts and bowls completely before stacking and before reusing.
