Sanitizer over 100ppm residual chlorine
- Obtain a second sanitizer bottle to be kept in the back kitchen prep area
- Use the sanitizer frequently on food prep contact surfaces such as cutting boards, prep tables etc.

Hood above grill next service is past due May 18, 2019. Have hood vent serviced to ensure proper working order and have grease cleaned up building up along ceiling, behind the grill and on the floor. Accumulation of grease can lead to fires as well is an attractant to pests. Store to be renovated, have hood cleaned/serviced immediately.
