All coolers (2) were < 4 C. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests at the time of inspection. Sanitizer bucket had 100 ppm chlorine. General sanitation was satisfactory.
