Follow up inspection conducted: -Milk dispenser by drive thru window now at 3.8 deg C -Corporate food safety plan for danishes was provided and indicated a 6 hour hold time -No fly traps observed in food prep area -Handsinks were kept free from obstruction (ie. no items placed in handsinks) -All foods in walk in freezer now covered. Operator has indicated that they will need a replacement health permit and will contact our billing department to order a new one. Business card provided. Thank you for the corrections
