Health permit posted in plain public view. Hand wash stations provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 74 deg C at plate surface. Upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Upright freezer was at -14 deg C (frozen baked items). Line coolers registered 3-4 deg C. Temperature log was well-maintained. Pest control monitoring in place. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. No issues or concerns at this time.
