Observation: During time of inspection, the following was observed:
- Staff washroom lacking paper towels
- Bar handwashing station lacking paper towels
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that ALL handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels at ALL times

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
- Spices located on center island were not kept covered
- Water pitchers were located inside ice machine at BAR station
- The above mentioned were corrected during time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that all food products are kept covered and/or sealed in pest proof containers
- Ensure that ice scoops/ water pitchers are not kept in ice machines

Observation: During time of inspection, observed moderate fruit fly activity within kitchen premises
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to limit standing water at all times, ensure to keep all refuse containers in good sanitary condition and to maintain facility frequently

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: During time of inspection, the following was observed:
- Backsplash of handwashing station in need to re-caulking
- Sink cabinet of handwashing station in disrepair on bottom shelf (water damage)
- Operator informed that this handwashing stations will be required with a stainless steel handwashing station
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to maintain/ repair the above mentioned
- All equipment in facility must be maintained in good working order, be durable and impervious to moisture

- All temperatures meet health requirements
* Walk in cooler at 4C
* Freezers at -18C
- Bleach available in facility
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (73.4C)
- APC Pest control services facility on monthly basis, once capture noted in Sept 2016
