Corrective Action(s): Ensure that fridges are at or below 40F (4C) at all times. Do not store potentially hazardous foods (ie. meats, deli, dairy products) until temperature has decreased

Comments

- Foods are prepared at an approved kitchen (BCIT) and transported in containers that keep foods warm. Foods are stored in fridges or are served immediately for lunch.
- The facility is provided with hot & cold running water
- Domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle present
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection. Ensure to prepare new solution each day as the strength decreases over time. Use the sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces prior to handling foods.
- Hand sink maintained with liquid soap and paper towel
