Corrective Action(s): Employee prepared sanitizer solution while on-site. Wiping cloths are now being stored in a bleach/water solution when not in use.
*Please ensure all food prep stations are supplied with sanitizer solution to store wiping cloths when not in-use.
*Mix bleach with water at a ratio of 1/2 teaspoon unscented regular bleach per 1 Litre of water-Make a 100ppm concentration solution, effective for usage as a food-grade, no-rinse surface sanitizer.
