2) Raw cuttlefish stored above celery
3) Foods uncovered in cooler
4) Delivery of frozen seafood left directly on the floor
Corrective Action(s):
1) Do not use dishwashing line for food preparation. Dishes must move in one direction only to avoid cross-contamination.
2) All raw foods must be stored under vegetables and ready to eat foods
3) Cover all foods in storage.
4) Foods must be stored when received.

- Droppings noted along the window sill by the walk-in cooler and by the hot water tank
- Pest report for January 2020 reviewed - 2 mice caught by professional pest control

- Clean any droppings with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach: 10 cups water)
- Plug any holes when found
- Follow professional pest control recommendations
