Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: Area of floor where mouse activity (droppings, dead mouse in trap) was noted has been cleaned + additional traps were place. Monitor for any further rodent activity. Pest control technician has been on-site since previous inspection for routine service. Viewed report + Report indicates no current pest activity. Follow recomendations of pest control technician re: sanitation. Ceiling + exhaust canopy in kitchen have been cleaned to remove dust accumulation Floor (including edges) have been cleaned. Ensure premises is maintained at this level of sanitation.
