Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rodent dropping was found in a container of salt and some torn bags of food were found with rodent droppings in the box.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure foods are stored in pest proof containers and are protected from potential contamination. Food items were discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings and torn bags of food were found in the kitchen. Professional pest control operator has been servicing facility twice a week. Pest control operator reports indicate no pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): Facility must be serviced by a professional pest control to determine and seal potential pest entry points. Facility must be maintained in a condition which is free of pests.

-Follow-up inspection to February 05, 2020.
-Rodent activity is still present in the facility. Facility needs to determine potential entry points for rodents and stop rodents from entering the facility.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface.
