Comments

Note: for storage practice top to bottom should be ready-to-eat, vegetables and then meat (including eggs too)

General Comments:
- Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Ensure handwashing sink is free of obstruction at all times to facilitate handwashing practice.
- Meat slicer kept clean. Clean and sanitize with QUATs 200ppm after each use
- Dishwasher is low-temp. Wash temperature at 45C and 100ppm chlorine solution for sanitizer
- No signs of pest infestation at the time of inspection
- Freezers at -18C
- Coolers at 4C. Ensure to not cover food with a cloth in topping cooler
- Rice in warmer at 66C. Good
