Front hand sink faucet has been repaired - hot water now available Temperature record use has not resumed as requested. Start these today Sauces were out at time of inspection - post lunch rush. Remember what we discussed regarding keeping these in the cooler when not in rush periods. Proper inserts, or an ice bath may be required if this becomes a problem Please update me my phone or email when your full time staff member has registered for FOODSAFE. Private or through Fraser Health (or other health authority) are all OK.
