Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed ice scoop stored in the ice machine; lid of ice machine was removed to accommodate cleaning but was not put back on
2. Single use ketchup tin can was being used to hold tongs and wooden spatulas
Corrective Action(s): 1. Required operator to remove the ice scoop and store it in/on a clean plate when not in use and have the door put back on after cleaning is completed.
2. Required operator discard single use items and use reusable containers instead to hold utensils
