Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash station adequately supplied. -Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. -100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle and in 3 compartment sink. -General food storage practice good. -Equipment/tools in sanitary condition (i.e. dough mixer). -No evidence of pest activity observed. -Improvement in terms of general sanitation level observed at this time. Good. Keep it up! Discussed about newly added items as per the posted sign on window. Spoke with owner on phone. All menu previously approved ~4-5 years ago, but discontinued for few years. These items have been back on menu for 1 month now. Health inspector to check the file and get back to the owner.
