Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: The chemical dishwasher dispensed no detectable chlorine residual after the final rinse cycle. Staff mentioned that they were using the dishwasher but the manager claimed that he was aware that the dishwasher was broken.
Correction: Use the 3-compartment sink for ware washing. The sanitizer sink was set up with 200 ppm QUATS. Have the dishwasher repaired. Date to be corrected by: July 21, 2021

Follow-up inspection conducted.

The dishwasher has been repaired. It achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual at the dish surface after the final rinse cycle.
Test strips were available on site.

The floors had been cleaned and hard to reach areas had better sanitation than the previous visit - GOOD. Ensure the facility is cleaned routinely to maintain sanitary conditions.
The rodent droppings had been cleared up. Operator provided the pest control inspection reports for review.
