- handwashing basin clear - ensure paper towels are in a dispenser so the whole stack does not get contaminated when someone dries their hands
- all food prep items are now in kitchen area
- rice cooker moved to front area
- raw eggs stored on bottom shelf
- raw meats stored in bags within cooler - ensure these are food grade; do not use garbage bags
- no cooker at ankle level
- temperature logs have been restarted - ensure that dishwasher temperature is also recorded
