Comments

* Broom was touching the coke bottles presenting the risk of contamination. Relocate the broom so that it is stored away from any foods, beverages, utensils or packaging.
* Mop bucket must always be stored in the mop sink, not right next the sink drain board.
* Ensure that at least one FOODSAFE trained handler is onsite at all times. This is a repeat violation.

Walk-in freezer < -18 C.

Hot holding of soups and chicken nuggets >60 C.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. However, some sanitizer buckets were in need of replacing.
