Routine inspection conducted and the following was noted:

- Handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels
- Sink plugs available for two compartment sink
- All freezers(two ice cream at front and chest freezer at the back) are measured at less than -18C
- Dipper well is available and in use
- Food storage satisfactory, sneeze guards available on all display units
- Premises in excellent sanitary condition
- Scoops stored with handles outside product.
- No evidence of pest activity noted

NOTE: Sanitizer solution is measured at greater 200ppm chlorine concentration. Prepare food contact surface sanitizer by mixing one teaspoon bleach in one litre of water in spray bottle (100ppm chlorine residual)
