Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One sanitizer bucket located near shake area measured 100 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer discarded and bucket was refilled from the dispenser. Sanitizer was re-tested and measured 200 ppm quats. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at safe and effective concentrations (e.g. 200 ppm quats) in order to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Hot held food items are maintained at 60 degrees C or more. Time tracking system also in place (maximum two hours).
Ambient temperature food products within tracked times.
Food is protected from potential contamination. Raw animal products are stored away from, and not above, ready-to-eat food items.
Hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Proper hand washing practices were observed at time of inspection.
Dipper well for ice cream scoops/spoons is functional/in use.
Quats sanitizer available in sanitizer buckets at 200 to 400 ppm.** Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer.
Quats sanitizer available in sanitizing compartment of three compartment sink at 200 ppm.
Three compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water.
Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Premises serviced by a pest control technician on a monthly basis. Most recent service reports reviewed noted no interior pest activity.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate for staff member on site is valid to November 22, 2028.
Temperature logs maintained.
Permit posted at front.
*Drawers were being opened often during the inspection (heavy use/rush period). Ensure temperature returns to 4 degrees C or less after rush period.
