Continue cleaning regularly. - rotting wood in the dish pit removed - newspaper not in use at the time of inspection - walk in cooler seal repaired - one light is still not functional in the kitchen area - back area hand wash station still missing paper towel dispenser. Install the paper towel dispenser.
