Drainage pipe for ice machine plumbed directly outside. Ensure that drain is addressed so that it does not allow pests to enter.

-Walk-in freezer is -20C
-Upright fridge is 3C
-Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks with hot and cold running water
-Dishwasher reached 71C or hotter at plate surface

Kitchen:
-Temporary washable flooring has been installed in servery. Ensure walls behind coffee/juice station are cleanable.

Note: Holding tank currently being used to collect grey water (pumped out daily). To tie into sanitary sewer.
