*Follow-up inspection was conducted 1) All 3 coolers were @ 4 deg. C or lower. --> The coolers will be monitored and temp recording (4 times a day) --> Defrost the units every week 2) Bleach water will be freshly made at the beginning of each shift & at the end of each day. 3) Ice water baths were provided for all toppings (bubble tea) and the bubble waffle batter. 4) Re-caulk along the sink and the wall behind. **The closure order was rescinded.
