Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CGNUCG: 2 compartment sink and front hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Ensure staff adequately wash hands after hands after handling raw meat/seafood/poultry, using the bathroom, handling money, handling chemicals, or any instances where hands become soiled/contaminated. Operator with valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate onsite. Operator to send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. All foods covered in the walk in cooler. Reminder not to use garbage bags to cover food products. Note: operator pulled up sales records for July 24, 2022. Over ~100 pizzas sold. No other similar complaints received by operator or health department.
