Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated January 3, 2020, there were 20 children in 30 months to school age care program with 5 staff. Infant room had 9 children present with 3 staff. Two staff and 8 children were observed in infant/toddler room (3), 6 children were present in infant/toddler room (2) with 2 staff. School age program was on field trip at the of inspection. Pre-K room was not in operation today. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
