Comments

- Routine inspection.
- Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle and from dispenser. Quats test strips available for monitoring.
- Bleach also available for sanitizing dishware/equipment/utensils washed in the triple-sink. Reminder: mix 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per litre of water.
- Coolers measured 4C or less.
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory.
- Thermometers available.
- General sanitation in main areas satisfactory. *Ensure to regularly clean under/behind large equipment (in hard-to-reach areas), and cooler door seals (see violation code 306 above).
- No signs of pest activity noted.
