Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-D2WQS7
100 PPM chlorine residual detected in the low temperature dish machine.
All food in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were stored protected.
No broken strainers noted during the inspection.
Areas noted with mouse droppings have been cleaned and sanitized.
No leaking noted from the fan unit in the walk-in cooler.
Cardboard that was being used as liners in the upright freezer has been removed.

Outstanding violation that still requires correction:
Dust noted on the ceiling in the kitchen area.
None of the staff who was onsite during the last routine inspection has completed or registered for FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Operator is given one week to ensure that at least one person on shift must have a valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate. During the next follow-up, operator/ supervisor must show the district Health Inspector the schedule for the facility and provide evidence that at least one person on shift must have completed the certificate or sign up for the course. Non-compliance will result in enforcement actions.
