Observation: Repeat violation from Routine Inspection on July 7, 2022

- Some food items in the dry storage area expired or without BBD.
- Staff was checking the whole dry storage area. Discarded expired foods and foods without BBD during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Steamer trays and food container by the deep fryer observed sitting on the floor.
- Staff picked up the trays and dropped in the dishwasher area to clean and sanitize.

Comments

Re-inspection conducted with the presence of the Assistant manager Michael. 2nd re-inspection will be scheduled July 19, 2022.

1. General sanitation was much improved.
- Hand wash sinks were accessible and no obstruction with carts or food containers.
- Staff washed hands before return to work.
- Hard-to-reach area like the floor underneath dishwasher / the shelving units / the cook line was free of grease accumulation and food debris.
- The guard in the Ice machine was in a sanitary condition.

2. Food in the walk in cooler and walk in freezer properly covered and protected from contamination.
3. Various expired foods observed in the Dry storage area, please see violation.
