COVID controls discussed with Niall and Dave. facility flow of customers has been an issue. discussed that keeping customers for slurpees and tim hortons separate as well as introducing engineered controls for single file line up of customers will aid in less congregation in the customer area. Reviewed single file line up and exit diagram/flow. Operator must move storage of 2L sodas from in front of the slurpee machine to allow for extra space for customer flow. keep customer congregation/line for tim hortons separate from slurpees to allow for better flow
