Corrective Action(s): Check sanitizer coming out of the wall dispenser unit with test strip before filling the spray bottle. Test content of bottle daily.

Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Temperature of Milk-to-Go, both white and chocolate were stored in the soft drink display case. Temperature was 47F.
Correction: Milk must be kept cold at 40F/4C to be safe. Discard milk since it has been at this fridge since last night. Do not store milk in this unit. This is a repeated violation. Future violation will result in Health violation ticket being issued.
Comments

Bottles of milk-to-go are no longer stored inside the soft drink fridge that is not cold enough and are being stored inside the walk-in.
