*Follow up inspection was conducted.
-DimSum cooler was repaired to hold food @ 4 deg. C or below.
-Back kitchen wall: the hole was patched and repaired.
-Covid safety plan was posted on the entrance. Reviewed. No objection.
-Dry storage bins with a tight fitted lid provided.

*Noted the tables were still not 2m/6ft apart.
-->Removed 3 dining tables during inspection.
-->Ensure to have not more than 6 tables per row until further notice.

*Outstanding items to be addressed:
1) Install another light fixture at the dry storage room. (Behind the shelf)
2) Keep the daily temperature log for the refrigeration units properly.
