Follow up inspection to inspection report # MBEK-C3ZUTP. Walk in cooler has been serviced. Temperature measured: 4 degrees C. Food is protected from potential contamination. Sanitizer available at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine in labeled spray bottles and 3-compartment sink (sanitizing compartment). Note: Quats sanitizer dispenser is pending service. Dispenser not in use at time of inspection and chlorine sanitizing solution is being prepared manually in the interim. Follow up inspection to be conducted to confirm quats sanitizer dispenser has been repaired and is dispensing the correct concentration of sanitizer.
