Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle containing QUATs solution was unable to spray the solution. The manager was notified and fixed the bottle to ensure it was able to spray the solution when needed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment used for sanitation purposes are maintained in good working order.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spillage was observed in the underground area, by the pop dispensers. The spill was coming from the pop dispenser. The manager was notified and the spill was cleaned up immediately.

Routine Inspection of the premises.

Administrative:
- Permit is posted in a conspicuous location
- Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent are present
- Temperature logs are being kept and maintained

Storage, Cooling, and Hot Holding:
- All coolers (prep and walk-in coolers) are at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezers are below -18C
- Food items in hot holding units are being held above 60C
- Food is stored 6 inches off the ground
- Food is covered and dated while in storage
- Dry storage is satisfactory

Sanitation:
- Sanitizer buckets containing cloth achieve 100ppm Chlorine and test strips are available and used
- 3 compartment sink is being used appropriately and sanitizer achieves 200ppm QUATs
- Spray bottle containing 200ppm QUATs solution was available. After correction*
- Handwash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
- No signs of pest activity. Ecolab pest company scheduled monthly. No concerns noted from previous reports
