Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment used to cut yam into curls had food debris around slicer area.

-Food organization and storage practices are good
-Overall sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity
-Worker on site has FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
-Ice machine is in sanitary condition.
-Ventilation hood has minimal grease build-up (next service date denoted as Nov. 30, 2020).

COVID-19 Precautions
-Discussed COVID-19 Safety Plan with operator.
-Safety Plan was available on site.
-Following COVID-19 Control measures were observed:
-Temperature check for people entering premises, in addition to handwashing.
-Take-out only model. No dine-in at this time.
-Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency of high-touch surfaces using hydrogen peroxide.



*Manager indicated premises will remain as take-out only until June 2021
