Foods in the warmer were above 60 degC. ENSURE THE CURRIES ARE NOT KEPT OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR OVER 2 HRS
Bleach is available in a spray bottle (use 1/2 tsp per liter of water).
Hand sink's fully equipped. REFILL SOAP DISPENSER IN THE WASHROOM.
3-compartment method of dishwashing is being utilized. Discussed dishwashing procedures.
Operator has FS level 1 certification (Oct. 24, 2024). REMINDER TO RENEW BEFORE YOUR CERTIFICATE EXPIRES.
