Two door cooler unit not in operation at the time of inspection Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Pest control comes on site regularly. Surface sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS in spray bottles The dishwasher reached 71.2 C at the dish level (71C (160F) required for proper sanitizing General sanitation was satisfactory.
