-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -bleach at 100ppm in sink and spray bottle -general sanitation good -no signs of pests in kiosk and storage room #1, Storage room #2 which is shared with rest of the mall has a few droppings but all few is stored in the fridge or freezer. Ensure bananas are always kept in the fridge.
