315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)] Observation: Under-the-counter cooler was not equipped with a thermometer at the time of inspection. Staff informed that the Person in Charge is trying to replace the previous thermometer with a new thermometer. Corrective Action(s): Ensure the under-the-counter cooler is equipped with an accurate thermometer to monitor the refrigeration temperature on a regular basis; Correct within 1 week. Staff also monitors the internal temperature of refrigerated food using a probe thermometer. Violation Score: 1
