Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): kitchen handsink blocked by food tray covering sink.
kitchen handsink papertowel dispenser empty.
Corrective Action(s): Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.
Handsinks are to remain fully accessable at all times to allow for frequent and convenient employee handwashing.

Observation: Food debris and mouse droppings collecting in the following areas: around safe storage, transformer storage, under dishwashing sinks, floor / under equipment throughout cooking line, under storage shelving along back side of walkin cooler, walkin cooler floor, throughout storage cabinets at front service counter and under both beverage machines and on floor in corners of front seating area and child booster seat storage.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
