Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AV6RP7: Improvement in sanitation at premise. No food debris or fallen packaged goods observed under shelves. Back receiving area clear of obstructions. Organic, garbage, and cardboard bin lids kept closed. Bins located away from premise. No mice observed caught in mechanical traps, snap traps, or glue boards. Pest control services done on January 22, and February 1, 2018, report reviewed. Monitor traps on an at least monthly basis and monitor mouse population levels. Clean premise on a regular basis. Followup inspection March 9, 2018. Ensure latest pest control reports are onsite and available for review. Observed Hamdard Safi Natural Blood Purifier 200ml product on premise. Issues with this product in the past with high levels of heavy metals. Batch numbers KQJ048 with manurfacture date of 10/17. Product removed from retail area and placed on HOLD. Do not sell or remove product. Note: photos taken.
