Advance Pest control has been hired for pest control services. Invoice received. Entire restaurant has been thoroughly pressure washed/cleaned to remove all mice droppings. New traps have been placed Great improvement noted in overall sanitation of the premises. However the following items still require attention. 1. Ensure to seal/close the gap on the back entrance door. Check for all potential entrances for pests around the building. 2. Remove all shelves in the dry storage area to check for mice droppings. 3. Do not leave any food debris, spilled grain or water on the floor overnight. 4. Remove any spare wooden sheets and pieces of dry wall. 5. You must clean by removing all equipment and freezer. THE HEALTH ACT ORDER IS STILL IN EFFECT. ANY FUTURE SIGHTING OF RODENT DROPPING MAY RESULT IN FURTHER ENFORCEMENT ACTION WEEKLY PEST CONTROL REPORTS MUST BE SENT TO OUR OFFICE.
