Observation: Operator informed that 50ppm chlorine is required as sanitizer and spray bottle measured onsite was over 200ppm. No test strips.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain test strips so you can verify that 100ppm chlorine is required for food contact surfaces.

Observation: Kitchen handsink had very little flow of water. Two compartment sink in the kitchen has adequate flow of hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Please increase flow of water at kitchen handsink so staffs can wash hands adeuately. Please do so by follow up inspection.

Observation: Spray bottle with bleach inside was not labelled.
Corrective Action(s): Label spray bottle to prevent chemical contamination.

Observation: A couple of ceiling lights are out.
Corrective Action(s): Please replace ceiling lights along with plastic sleeves by next routine inspection.
