Previous inspection infractions corrected: 1. Cleaning in noted areas completed. 2. Food and food storage now protected from contamination. Other observations: Cardboard is no longer used to line shelves and work areas. Personal items now stored in dedicated areas away from food prep stations. Education and discussion on making ice for food storage: -Operator will make ice only in freezers with ready to eat foods. Ice will be stored in food grade containers with lids to protect ice from contamination. -Ice may be store bought then stored in a sanitary manner as indicated above. Facility now in compliance.
