Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Steam wand is wiped with a dry cloth after each use - no sanitizer in use
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cloth used to wipe down steam wand is stored in sanitizer. The milk residues left on the steam wand which are then wiped onto the cloth provide a perfect medium for bacterial growth. Be sure to replace sanitizer routinely throughout the day. Staff corrected at time of inspection

- Minor cleaning required in prep cooler to remove loose food debris
- Spoons and thermometers for specialty coffees must be stored in ice water. Observed both cups used to store utensils with cold-luke warm water. Wash & sanitize cups and utensils and store on ice water. Corrected during inspection

Ice machine interior is maintained
Milk/Creamer stored in insulated thermoses
Hand washing sink at front is equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water
Dishwasher tested at 74.9C at plates surface during rinse cycle
Sanitizer at 200ppm Quats in several spray bottles - ensure spray bottles are labelled
All temperatures meet health requirements and thermometers in all units

Delivered overdue permit fee letter at time of routine inspection. Ensure fees are paid within 10 working days.
