Comments

On Follow-Up:
-Cleaning issues have been addressed. Do a better job of moving bins, etc and cleaning behind it as discussed.
-Light bulb in the exhaust hood has been replaced
-Hand sinks are fully equipped
-Cardboard boxes used for storage have been discarded.
-Prep cooler across from the stoves is at 4 degC. A working thermometer is provided in the unit.
-Wiping rags are stored in 200ppm bleach solution
