Staff must be vigilant to ensure no wire fragments remain on surfaces after cleaning. 3 new plugs provided for 3 compartment sinks, such that sinks can be filled to allow for 3 step manual dishwashing procedure. Pest control service has applied gel bait to address insect activity. Premise cleaning conducted. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain sanitation in a consistent manner.
