Unit observed at 10 to 12 degrees.

Observation: 1. Walk-in cooler shelving has debris accumulations on the top and the under side. Debris is falling into food products.
Black duct tape has mould like debris on the adhesive side.
2. Ice machine is soiled, mould like formations and residue.
BAR AREA - under counter areas and bar glass washer have various debris and food residue
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean Walk-in cooler shelving and floors and disinfect
Remove contaminated duct tape.
2. Clean and disinfect ice machine
Bar area to be cleaned and residue to be cleaned
